Warranty exclusions include the following cases:

• Any modification of the vehicle or its system using unauthorized materials or equipment will immediately void the warranty. The company will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from such modifications, which may pose serious safety risks, including life-threatening situations.

• The warranty does not cover misuse of the product, such as using a charger with a power output exceeding the company’s specifications. This may directly damage the battery and pose a danger to life and property.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by liquids, including prolonged exposure to rain, submersion in water, or flooding.

• The use of non-original spare parts (e.g., batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, etc.) not supplied by the manufacturer will void the warranty.

• The warranty is invalid if the customer fails to complete the product registration properly. Please contact the point of sale to register your warranty and maintain your rights and benefits.

Terms and conditions apply as specified by the company.

The battery should be charged for 5–6 hours, following the specific charging instructions for each model. When the indicator light turns green, it means the battery is fully charged. Please unplug the charger and store it properly. Avoid leaving the battery plugged in for extended periods, as this may cause it to deteriorate faster than normal.

Distributor Application Terms and Conditions

1. Retailers who wish to apply as distributors must be new customers who are not currently distributors of the company.

2. Retailers must sell products through at least one sales channel, and relevant documents for verification are required.

3. Retailers must keep inventory of the products themselves and are required to accept deliveries within 45 days after placing an order.

4. If a distributor fails to place an order for more than 90 days, their status as a distributor will be terminated. If they wish to resume purchasing from the company, they must submit new application documents to reapply as a distributor.

Do not let the battery drain completely. Charge it regularly. You can start charging when the battery level reaches 35%, and once it is fully charged, unplug the charger instead of leaving it connected.
