Warranty details do not cover the following cases:

Modifying the vehicle to change any part of the system with materials or accessories not authorized by the company will immediately void the warranty. The company is not responsible for any issues caused by such modifications, which may lead to life-threatening dangers.

The warranty does not cover cases where the user misuses the product, such as using a charger with a higher power rating than specified by the company, which directly affects the battery and may pose risks to life and property.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by liquids, which may result from prolonged exposure to rain, submersion in water, or flooding.

The warranty is void if non-original parts are used, such as batteries, motors, control units, chargers, etc.
